Who we are
Frank Turner Fan Archive (frankturnerfanarchive.com) is an unofficial fan-built archive of Frank Turner live performances, setlists, and discography. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Frank Turner or his management.

Data we collect and why

We do not collect names, payment information, or any data from public visitors beyond the above. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics cookies are only placed after you click Accept on the cookie banner. The site implements Google Consent Mode v2: consent defaults are set to “denied” before any Google scripts load, and updated only if you accept.
How to withdraw consent: Open your browser settings and clear local storage and cookies for frankturnerfanarchive.com. The cookie banner will reappear on your next visit and you can choose “Reject”. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third-party services
Google Analytics and Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MNS33VB5) to load Google Analytics 4. When you accept cookies, anonymised usage data is sent to Google. Google may process this data on servers in the United States under Google's data processing terms. See Google's Privacy Policy for full details.
YouTube embeds
This site embeds YouTube videos using youtube-nocookie.com. This domain is YouTube's enhanced-privacy mode: no cookies are set until you click play on a video. Once you interact with a player, YouTube's own cookies and privacy policy apply. See Google's Privacy Policy.
ConvertKit (newsletter)
If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is sent to ConvertKit (a US-based email marketing platform). ConvertKit processes data under a Data Processing Agreement that includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See ConvertKit's Privacy Policy. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Hosting
The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States. Standard server request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days for security purposes.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17)
- Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved (Art. 18)
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20)
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EU, contact your national data protection authority.
International data transfers
This site is operated from the United States. When analytics cookies are accepted, or when you sign up for the newsletter, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful mechanisms as implemented by the respective third-party processors (Google, ConvertKit, and our hosting provider).
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
