"Photosynthesis" by Frank Turner was the first song of his which I became familiar with. I was identified as an artists with a "similar sound" with happy/up-beat music combined with powerful and deep lyrics. After listening to some of his music, I immediately realized how much of a compliment that actually is. Since then, Frank Turner has become one of my leading influences in my songwriting.
